Course Description
This qualification is for people wanting to work in the hospitality industry. Students will develop skills in the use of discretion and judgement and develop a sound knowledge of hospitality industry operations. Students will learn to work with some independence and under limited supervision and may provide operational advice and support to team members. This qualification provides a pathway for individuals to work as a team leader in hospitality organisations such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
